The Seven Sisters - South Downs National Park

The UK's best one day hike from London

ENQUIRE

Overview

A great destination for a one day company off site close to London - perfect as either a charity challenge or as a team get together. The Seven Sisters is one of the most beautiful places in the UK and provides the setting for the best one day hike originating in London or the South East. Super accessible from London, the Seadford to Eastbourne route takes in some of the most beautiful scenery in the South Downs National Park, if not the entire south of England, including the Birling Gap and cliffs at Beachy Head. Starting at Seaford Station (which has regular trains direct from London Victoria) we hike the coastal trail for 14 miles (22.5km) enjoying incredible channel views for the entire route; we finish at Eastbourne Station for direct trains back to the capital. The hike lasts 7-8 hours including lunch and rest stops. Free of any technical sections, it is suitable for anyone with a moderate level of fitness. Lead by our CEO, Oliver Browne, a professional adventurer and certified Mountain Leader he will be accompanied by London Ambulance Service paramedic, and adventurer Callum Lees-Walsh and other Mountain Leaders.
